1. ONLINE CONSUMER
We have two methods of door to door shipment available: Small Parcel, Van or Lorry Delivery
1.1 Small Parcel - We will ship smaller, lighter items via Courier Service
1.2 Lead Time : your item will arrive between 14 to 30 business days
1.3 West Malaysia : First 500gm = RM6 , Subsequent 250gm = +RM1.3 (FREE Shipping for purchase RM10,000 and above)
1.4 East Malaysia : First 500gm = RM9 , Subsequent 250gm = +RM3.6 (FREE Shipping for purchase RM10,000 and above)
1.5 For Large and need assembly service - Van or Lorry Delivery (west Malaysia Only)
1.6 Before delivery being made, you will be contacted via email or phone to confirm your availability. Upon confirmation, please provide a 2 to 4 hour window for delivery, which will be communicated either by phone or email depending on your location from our warehouse.
1.7 However, we are unable to deliver to area such as Langkawi, Cameron Highland, Genting Highland, all Malaysia island which need using ocean freight transport. For rural area and areas out of town, we will imposed an additional transport charge from RM 200-RM 650 depending on the specified area.
